Zopa named most user-friendly P2P provider

Zopa was named Best Peer-to-Peer Customer Service Provider of the Year following a public vote.

The world’s first P2P lending platform won the best P2P gong at the 2021 Moneyfacts Consumer Awards, which recognizes great products and consumer care in the past 12 months.

RateSetter received a much appreciated nod, while Lending Works was praised for its customer service offering.

More than 130,000 consumers voted for the awards, sharing their comments with Moneyfacts on their experiences with a range of financial companies in contact with customers across the UK.

The financial data firm then combined this feedback with its own assessment of the technical products available.

“The Moneyfacts Consumer Awards recognize banks, real estate companies, insurers and energy providers who are the best in their respective categories.
