Some photos “and just like that …” seem fake

If there’s one thing 2021 has blessed us with – just one lonely thing – it’s paparazzi photos of the Sex and the city the comeback, And just like that ... Since the reboot was announced, fans have been dying all pieces of intel intrigue. HBO Max kept his lips sealed. Corn! Paparazzi do exist, and the footage they captured of the actors filming the show has given us a lot to say. Here is my question though: what if the pictures were a lie?

It is my personal and professional theory that the creators of the SATC reboot intentionally stages certain shots in very public places to confuse fans with the smell of spoilers. I know it seems like a waste of everyone’s money and time, but this reboot is one of the most anticipated TV events of the year! And people care … a lot. As, a parcel. So, wouldn’t it be to their advantage to make sure people don’t find out about spoilers?

I’m sure you think It seems … absurd. But it wouldn’t be the first time a show has done this. Game Of Thrones notoriously filmed fake scenes when they knew paparazzi would be present. And Sex and the city (the OG show) filmed several endings / versions of how the Carrie affair in Paris could have played out. So it’s not * totally * impossible for HBO Max to pretend to us. Here are the photos which, in my opinion, seem the most fake.

Natasha being present in any capacity whatsoever.

Those were the images that launched me into this conspiracy theory rabbit hole. In July 2021, photos of Bridget Moynahan on the set of And just like that … It seemed to me highly unlikely that Big’s ex-wife Natasha would be on the show in any real capacity, especially since, in SATC time, it’s been about 20 years since they got divorced.

It got even stranger when pictures appeared of Natasha and Carrie having … lunch? How many people have lunch with friends with the ex-wife of their current husband? I have so many questions.

So what’s the truth, Carrie? Are you friends with Natasha now? It doesn’t seem possible.

Carrie and … a sweetheart?

Here’s what’s confusing about the photos that have emerged from this set. Not only are there tons of pics of Carrie with Big, but there’s also a lot with another man, and it looks like they’re dating. The actor is Jon Tenney, and he’s in a lot of different setups. In addition, they kiss !!!

It seems almost impossible that Carrie, in a miniseries, has two separate love interests. Especially when one of them is her husband. Like, so much would have to happen for her to be done with Big and be able to move on with someone else to that extent. (Speaking of nothing, doesn’t this guy look like an older version of the guy who played Shepherd at the time?)

Looks like the big pictures are fake or pictures of this unnamed guy are fake. You can’t have both.

Carrie and Big in New York … and in Paris ??? In the same outfits?

Here is another set of pap photos that I was confused about. Recently, Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris Noth were spotted filming a horse-drawn carriage ride through Central Park in New York City. They were suspiciously wearing the exact same outfits they wore when people spotted them filming scenes in Paris earlier this fall.

And you can find the photos of Paris here. I really don’t know what to think if they wear the exact same thing in two different cities, but it looks fishy to me. That’s all I’ll say.
