Dolly Lenz’s house has ties to Brad, Angelina and the paparazzi

The former Hamptons escape of former Hollywood royal couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie – which happened to belong to real estate queen Dolly Lenz – was sold this week.

The eight-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom property was sold for $13.6 million to an anonymous buyer, according to the New York Post.

The gated estate is on Ox Pasture Road in Southhampton. The home has 8,500 square feet and sits on 2.23 acres in the estate section of Southhampton, according to the To post. The estate also includes a swimming pool, a pool house, a two-bedroom guest house and a tennis court, according to the announcement.

When Pitt and Jolie, who were an item from 2005 to 2016, rented the estate in 2006, the area was swarmed by paparazzi, who even hovered in a helicopter hoping to get photos of a Jolie sunbathing.

“They were flying so low that she was terrified of them crashing into the house,” a source told the To post.

The house, built in 1995, opens onto a hall with a winding staircase. It also includes a library with coffered ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a great room and a veranda, according to the To post. The basement contains a games room and a yoga studio.

Lenz is CEO and Founder of Dolly Lenz Real Estate and has served as a luxury broker in New York City, where she is widely regarded as one of the top producing brokers in the region, having moved over $10 billion in real estate. She launched her real estate career – after a stint as an accountant for film and TV production company United Artists – at Sotheby’s before joining Prudential Douglas Elliman, where she was eventually named vice president.

The listing agents were Ed Petrie and Charles Forsman of Compass.
