Manually you can calibrate your battery by fully charging and running it down to a low level, then charging it again.
I would not do this more than twice a year.

If by calibrate you mean "Gauge Reset" as lenovo likes to call it (i.e Make time estimate before battery run low more accurate and consistent) , check for that option in lenovo Energy Manager , it handles that efficiently , but do note you need to dry battery at least once before fully charging it before resetting the gauge because sometimes the battery lose its charge over a long period of time plugged but yet show as 100% fully charged in windows , so this might make gauge reset more accurate .On a side notice , if you have already ran your battery dry and charged it and you still notice it loses its charge pretty quick and you are sure you are running your laptop in reasonable power profile and running no rogue power consuming apps (Check lenovo Energy Manager for that too , hopefully available in your version) then let me hint you all tricks available about reviving battery capacity are rubbish : charging and discharging several times / shorting certain pins by a 9 Volts battery / Freezing it , etc . Do not waste your time with that crap , what's done is done and you should fork for a new battery or if you are techy enough poping the battery open and replacing the 3.7 V batteries inside .
